I would like to inform you that we are in the initial process of starting our graduation audit for June.

However, before we can move on, I would like for you to kindly log in to your student portal account and view your name.

Please note that we will print your diploma with the name we have on file for you.

Please check the following:

1) Confirm the spelling, including, if you have a second legal name or a middle name. example Mary S. John-Doe

2) Hyphenated name is accurate,  example  for your last name is John-Doe

3) Check for capitalization.  example Mary john-doe

If you will find any discrepancy, please inform me immediately.

Please note that we cannot add  nick name to your diploma, only your legal name will be printed on your diploma.

If you legally changed your name, please submit all required documents so that we can update our record.

The last day to submit any  change of name request  so that it can reflect on your diploma  is no later than March 30^th 2018.
